Jordan Workman was announced as the inaugural recipient of the Bunny Ennis Fund, recognising his commitment to personal development, academic achievement and positive contribution to the automotive industry.
Having successfully completed both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree while working full-time, Jordan embarked on the next stage of his journey: a self-funded PhD at Teesside University.
His doctoral research explores employee trust within the automotive industry and how it influences workplace relationships, decision-making and organisational performance.
The Bunny Ennis Fund was proud to support Jordan as he continues to develop his research and contribute valuable insights to the sector.
