Phil MoodyBunny Ennis Fund Winner 2026

Phil Moody is Head of UK Customer Care at Volvo Cars, based in Maidenhead, where he has led the transformation of the customer care function through a people-first approach to leadership and customer experience.

Phil applied for the Bunny Ennis Fund to support the next stage of his automotive development and broaden his impact across Volvo’s global operations. Having successfully grown the UK Customer Care team and helped shape Volvo’s direct-to-consumer customer experience strategy, he wanted to build the strategic skills and international perspective needed to progress into senior global leadership.

He planned to use the funding to undertake specialist leadership and customer experience training, including a COPC programme focused on managing outsourced service operations. The bursary will also support opportunities to learn from international markets, helping him develop best practice that can be adapted across Volvo’s global customer care network while supporting his ambition to become a strategic leader.
