Torque & truth

The automotive industry continues to evolve at pace, placing unprecedented demands on today’s leaders as they balance transformation, talent and performance. In collaboration with senior executives from across the industry, we have created a new platform designed to provide insight, share ideas, and offer practical solutions for navigating the road ahead.

Torque & Truth explores what it truly takes to lead in automotive today and into the future.

The platform is built around three core elements:

  • In-depth interviews with 52 industry leaders, capturing real-world perspectives on leadership, change, and decision-making.
  • A flagship conference, bringing these conversations to life and enabling deeper dialogue among peers.
  • A data-led whitepaper, translating insight into action through practical, evidence-based guidance on automotive leadership.

Together, Torque & Truth delivers clarity, challenge, and actionable insight for those shaping the future of the industry.

Conversations with leaders driving the automotive world

Through our Leaders Who Drive Automotive interview series, we have captured the real experiences of leadership across the automotive and mobility sector. These candid conversations move beyond surface-level success stories to explore decision-making under pressure, personal growth, and the complex challenges faced by today’s most influential automotive leaders.

By focusing on real experiences rather than polished narratives, the series offers an honest perspective on what leadership truly looks like in a rapidly evolving industry.

“

I turned a fear into a strength, and I believe that any new role should give you a feeling of trepidation because that’s where growth comes.
