Underlining our expertise in this area, we recently published an influential research report, Skills Evolution Roadmap 2025, to examine the acute skills shortages across the automotive and mobility sector and to provide a strategic roadmap to help businesses develop their internal upskilling programmes and external talent resourcing.

Our roadmap to attract and retain talent is based on three segments of the working population: people at the start of their careers, employees in the middle of their careers and older workers who may have a choice about whether to work or not.

Since the paper was published last summer, several automotive companies have adopted the roadmap as the basis of their recruitment and retention strategies.
