CLIENT BRIEF
Ennis & Co will meet with the client to discuss and understand the role requirements.
MARKET MAPPING & CANDIDATE DOCUMENT
Following the initial brief, the Ennis & Co research team will create our Candidate Information Document and begin to research the market for the role, to identify suitable target candidates. (We will not make contact with candidates at this stage).
LONG LIST APPROVAL
Ennis & Co will send this long list in a detailed report to the client for review.
APPROACH WORK
Once the long list is approved, Ennis & Co will begin to approach the candidates to gauge their interest in the role. Once we have attained their initial interest and suitability, we will provide them with the Candidate Document. Our GDPR form and an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) are also sent at this stage, if required.
ENNIS & CO INTERVIEWS
After screening candidates in the market, Ennis & Co will begin their full interview process to narrow down the top candidates for the shortlist.
SHORTLIST PRESENTATION
Once our initial interviews are complete, we will present our Search Report to our client for review.
CLIENT INTERVIEWS
At this stage, the client has the opportunity to interview the shortlisted candidates and make their decision. Ennis & Co will provide prep calls for all candidates ahead of their interview stages.
OFFER & REFERENCES
Ennis & Co manages the candidate offer and references, as well as candidate rejections, following the client interviews. We also keep in contact during the onboarding of the candidates for regular check-ins.
