We offer a bespoke outplacement service to support senior employees who may be exiting the business. The type of service and length of the programme can vary but typically includes:

  • Interview coaching
  • Advice on how to approach the employer market, including engaging with relevant head-hunters
  • Coaching the transition to a new employer

Our outplacement service has been honed from 15 years as executive search and talent research specialists, during which we have built strong relationships with both clients and candidates to help navigate challenging transitions with empathy, support and control throughout.

Each outplacement service is bespoke to the individual’s needs, from short-term support to a six-month programme, beginning with weekly meetings progressing to monthly. After gaining an understanding of both parties requirements, we will propose a bespoke package from our range of services.
