Nominations are now open for the UK’s Barbara Cox Woman of the Year Award, with the winner to be announced on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2022. Cox Automotive is looking for an outstanding female leader or manager from the automotive industry to win the prestigious award.
Ennis & Co Founder, Lynda Ennis will be supporting in the judging of the competition alongside a fantastic panel of judges including Alison Fisher, HR Director at Cox Automotive Europe, Liam Q., Managing Director at Manheim UK, Alison Jones, UK Group Managing Director and Senior Vice President at Stellantis, Lorna McAtear, Fleet Manager at National Grid, and Lindsay Greatbatch, Head of B2B Memberships at Bauer Media Group.

In all seriousness, I am honoured to be a part of this again, having actually been involved since the beginning of 2020. One of Ennis & Co‘s core values is diversity and inclusion across all verticals- yet the Barbara Cox Award is one of my most favourite initiatives to support within this area. Why? Because it not only honours a truly inspirational automotive female leader – but it also goes beyond looking at just incredibly senior people, to all different levels within the organisations, from all walks of life.
