As former Chief People & Culture Officer at McLaren Automotive, she shaped the company’s people strategy for almost a decade, supporting its expansion to more than 2,700 employees. She has since held senior leadership roles with Lotus Cars Europe and now runs her own consultancy, Wraysbury Consulting, where she partners with organisations on strategic planning, leadership development, workforce design, and executive coaching.
