Barbara Cox Woman of the Year

“There are some amazing women out there, they juggle not only their home lives, but their working lives, too. The ones that don’t shout about it, are the ones who are the real stars. The people who are the unsung heroes are shaping the industry.”

Lynda Ennis discussed in a recent interview with Fleet News her upcoming participation and support in the judging of the Barbara Cox Woman of the Year Awards.

A true advocate of D&I, Lynda is delighted to be promoting and finding future talent for the industry.

“I’ll be looking at where people have driven real change, real development and real progression, whatever level you are in the organisation.”

Nominations are currently open for any woman working in the automotive sector (excluding employees of Cox Automotive) and the winner will receive £5,000 to spend on her own development.
