Following her studies at Peter Symonds College, Bethan has worked in both the retail and hospitality sectors. This eventually progressed to her recruiting and managing a team within a speciality coffee shop.
Seeking a career change, she joined the Ennis & Co team in 2023 as a Researcher, where she handles many aspects of the executive search processes. Bethan has proactively applied her knowledge in customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
