After completing her studies at Peter Symonds College, she gained experience in both the retail and hospitality sectors, eventually progressing into a role where she recruited and managed a team within a specialty coffee shop. Seeking a career change, she joined the Ennis & Co team in 2023 as a Researcher. In this role, she proactively applied her customer service expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Now, as Search & Data Executive, she supports broader business operations by liaising cross‑functionally and working closely with clients and candidates to support executive search, marketing and data functions.
