With a love of cars, bikes and anything with an engine Terry started his automotive career 30 years ago as a vehicle technician before moving into aftersales for a couple of years, after a short stint outside the motor industry doing medical telesales it wasn’t long before the automotive world lured him back which is where he started his career in sales.

Terry spent 8 years with Vauxhall before moving to BMW & MINI where he spent the next 14 years in sales management. Terry joined the team in February 2026 as Senior Researcher where he will handle many aspects of the executive search process.
