The Ennis & Co Advisory Group comprises a broad range of senior leaders from across the automotive sector who have valuable insight into industry developments.
The Group’s purpose is not to advise Ennis & Co on how to operate our business but to give us access to real-time industry knowledge in a confidential forum and to enable us to identify key skill shortages.
It’s a crucial part of our business because we learn so much from members’ experiences.
The Group provides mutual benefits. Just as we learn about the latest industry developments, we are able to feed back to members about our own perspectives on the automotive talent market.
