The Ennis & Co Advisory Group comprises a broad range of senior leaders from across the automotive sector who have valuable insight into industry developments.
The Group’s purpose is not to advise Ennis & Co on how to operate our business but to give us access to real-time industry knowledge in a confidential forum and to enable us to identify key skill shortages.
It’s a crucial part of our business because we learn so much from members’ experiences.
The Group, which meets twice a year, provides mutual benefits. Just as we learn about the latest industry developments, we are able to feed back to members about our own perspectives on the automotive talent market.
