Drivers of Change 2022 winners revealed

The three category winners of Drivers of Change, a national competition delivered by Ennis & Co in partnership with Autocar, were announced at the 2022 Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) Annual Dinner.

The UK-wide competition showcases the best of the automotive and mobility industry’s talent and for the first time in the competition’s three-year history, the Ennis & Co executive search team used their expertise to research the industry proactively to unearth this up-and-coming talent of the future.

This year, the three categories were Retail, Digital, and Diversity & Inclusion, a new category for 2022 to highlight the progress being made by the automotive industry in becoming more open and inclusive.

“This year’s competition was the strongest ever and the three category winners are outstanding examples of people who are not only original thinkers, but who have the drive and motivation to turn their ideas into reality.”

Natalie Stacey, Managing Director, Ennis & Co
