Alex joined Ennis & Co in 2023. Beforehand, Alex worked in the hospitality sector for 5 years where he started his career as a Barista for a large coffee chain. This slowly built up to managing team members and training new starters before progressing to speciality coffee shops.
After almost 2 years in speciality coffee, Alex decided it was time for a career change and joined Ennis and Co as a Market and Data Analyst, a role brand new for the business.
