Charlotte brings over a decade of experience from the automotive industry. Beginning her career as a Service Administrator in 2014, Charlotte progressed through a range of aftersales roles, including Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, Assistant Aftersales Manager and Aftersales Manager.

Having worked with leading brands such as Volkswagen, SEAT/CUPRA, Škoda, BMW, MINI and MG, she developed a strong passion for building relationships and helping people succeed. Joining us in June 2026, Charlotte is excited to bring her people-focused approach to Ennis & Co, connecting talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities whilst building lasting relationships.
