After gaining experience in customer service, Luca moved into private caregiving roles, working closely with families and children. These positions strengthened her communication, adaptability, and ability to connect with people in a meaningful and empathetic way.

Luca has since joined Ennis & Co as a Researcher, bringing with her a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. She applies her background to support both clients and candidates, and contribute effectively to the executive search process.
