Rebekah joined Ennis & Co in April 2022. Before this, Rebekah worked in the hospitality sector for 6 years where she started her career as a waitress. This eventually grew to recruiting and managing teams within speciality coffee shops. Building on her previous experience in customer service and networking with other businesses from a variety of settings, Rebekah adapted immediately to the fast-paced Ennis & Co environment.
As a Researcher then Senior Researcher at Ennis & Co, Rebekah handled many aspects of the executive search processes delivered by Ennis & Co.
Now as Executive Search Practice Lead, she manages the entire Ennis & Co Group search and recruitment process. This includes managing our research team with all executive search activity, in addition to partnering with new and existing clients and maintaining key relationships with industry stakeholders.
