Tarryn studied at South Downs College before joining Manpower UK as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant in 2018, where she built upon her skills to kick-start her career in recruitment.
After a year and a half with Manpower, Tarryn decided to diversify into a different area of recruitment at a higher level. Following this decision, she joined the Ennis & Co team back in March 2020, utilising her skills as a Researcher to handle many aspects of the executive search processes delivered by Ennis & Co.
Now, as Intelligence Practice Lead, Tarryn manages the Ennis & Co Group market mapping and insight services which enable organisations to address their skills gaps and develop effective talent strategies. This includes managing our intelligence team, carrying out various market analysis activities and providing HR services while maintaining and developing our data warehouse and relationships with existing key clients.
