What is Executive Search?

We operate differently from traditional recruitment organisations you may have done business with before. We don’t have a long list of open vacancies and we don’t collect CVs to match up with relevant roles.

In a retained search, we are contracted exclusively by our clients to conduct a thorough, targeted search for qualified candidates. It is only when we fully understand the role that we begin to look for candidates to fill it.

Because we are retained exclusively for the search, we can dedicate our time, attention and resources to the assignment. Our team of experienced researchers works closely with the client throughout the hiring process.
